How does it work?
Book a Consultation: Simply fill out the contact us form on this website, providing details about your project and preferred consultation date and time. All appointments are one-hour blocks. Book further appointments if required. Banking /payment details will be sent to you.
Next Step: How exciting your appointment is scheduled and confirmed, that maybe via FaceTime, WhatsApp or Messenger. Other options if you can’t attend the property are email and photos. Please advise your preference on the request form.
Getting Ready: During the consultation if possible have another device iPad or laptop, as well as your phone. Interior - lights on and blinds up, please. Exterior - please check weather conditions before booking a time. You will then be guided and asked questions relevant to your home.
Follow-up Support: After our consultation, I will email a paint schedule (if applicable) and order A4 samples which will be posted to your home. A detailed paint schedule includes areas, products and gloss levels. Feel free to voice record the consultation for your future reference. Your satisfaction and success are my top priorities.

I would highly recommend Mia if you need help with any design choices, be it paint colours, blinds, plantation shutters, security doors, roller shutters, ceiling fan selection, anything. If you are not 100% sure what to do for your house makeover and you want an expert opinion, she is the person to help you. Have a chat and tell her what you need; she is very accommodating and knowledgeable. I have implemented to have face-to-face sessions which started more than 12 years ago.
